Visitors and users of this Website may NOT:

  • Download, copy, distribute, or reproduce any artwork without explicit written permission from the Artist.
  • Modify, edit, or create derivative works from any content on this Website.
  • Use any artwork for commercial purposes, including advertising, marketing, or product creation.
  • Use, train, or input any artwork into Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, machine learning systems, or similar technologies.
  • Mint, sell, or distribute any artwork as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or blockchain-related products.
  • Remove watermarks, signatures, or branding from any images displayed.

1.2 Allowed Uses

At this stage, licensing and sharing options are not available. If you wish to use any of the Artist’s work, you must contact vivian@grenfellonline.com  to discuss possible permissions.

  1. Commissions & Custom Artwork

Vivian Grenfell offers commissioned artwork on a case-by-case basis. To request a commission, please contact vivian@grenfellonline.com.

2.1 Process & Agreement

  • Commissions will be discussed via email or direct communication to clarify project details, pricing, and timelines.
  • A contract or written agreement may be required before work begins.
  • The Artist reserves the right to decline commissions at their discretion.

2.2 Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the commission agreement.
  • Due to the custom nature of commissions, refunds are not offered once work has begun.
